Liam Neeson, Motorcyclist

I am positive I remember a movie from many years ago with Liam Neeson, with long blond hair, riding a motorcycle, maybe as a gang member, but cannot find it anywhere online.  Does anyone remember it?  May have been a TV show.

Movies include "Schindler's List", "Rob Roy". He had a crash on his Harley Springer Softtail after hitting a deer and then running into a tree. As far as I know, the deer survived, Liam had a couple of ribs broken.
