Ordering the Catalogue
If you are an Australian Moto Guzzi owner,
simply contact us with your engine and frame number, along with your name
and address, and we'll pop a free catalogue
in the mail for you.
Overseas owners may also request a catalogue, but
please include AUD$20 for postage and handling.*
Ordering Parts
Once you have your (rather impressive, if we may say)
catalogue, contact us with your requirements and we'll get the parts away
pronto.
To expedite despatch, please state your personal
Stein-Dinse customer number. You'll find it on the inside cover of your
catalogue, and on each of your invoices.
If you have no catalogue, no problem, just phone (or fax
or email or write) with your needs, and we'll let you know what we have
and how much it will cost.
IMPORTANT
Please note of the name of the person you speak to here at
Stein-Dinse, as it allows us to track your order more easily should you
wish to modify it, or should there be a hiccup in the system.
If you place your order by 12:30 pm, the merchandise will
be ready for shipment the same day. If an item is not available immediately,
it will be delivered separately as soon as it is available at no extra
cost for packaging and delivery (for back-ordered parts with a value exceeding
$50). If you would prefer us to hold your order until it is complete, please
write to us and include your customer number.
