I got the bike from a friend five or so years back. He got it from me some 20 years before that. It sat in his garage for a very long time after blowing the crank, very sad.
The engine was removed and dismantled by a friend but his circumstances changed and he was unable to continue with the job.
Apart from the crankshaft big-end bearings, the engine was not too bad.
I have all the components for the rebuild except for a main bearing which I don’t think it needs, but would be nice.
There are three cranks in total, 4 heads and many other duplicate parts.
There are two new conrods, two new crankpins, a set of rollers and cages, and two gudgeon bushes. One main bearing pin has been replated, probably nitrided, and needs to be ground to size. Alternatively one of the other cranks may have a suitably good main.
The other problem areas are an exhaust header and the front rim. Everything else is usable or repairable.
Included is a reconditioned clutch assembly.
The tanks looks very good and has excellent badges. I’m fairly confident the gearbox is ok – it’s not dismantled. Diff is fine as far as I’m aware.
Engine is completely disassembled It has matching numbers.

Manual: I could not find it so no promises, but I’m fairly confident I have one – I recall that it’s a Clymer.
