Plain and Simple
Try to provide links to the pages you are referring to:
http://mysite.com/widgets
Rather than saying “Please change the page about widgets with the attached document”, you might word it:
“On the following page please remove the paragraph about green widgets and add a link to the attached Blue Widgets document which I’d like placed in the appropriate folder.
http://mysite.com/widgets”
Email Header
Use a heading which is specific to your subject. A writer communicating with the editor would probably not be wise to use the the header “Book”.
So rather than using Website, use something like Mysite.com Widgets
